How to return a product to us

Our goal is your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it may be exchanged for any reason within 30 days of purchase. In order to keep our prices low, we are not able to offer refunds. But, you can visit our location to exchange your item(s) or return them for exchange by mail.

Understandably, we cannot accept exchanges on items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped. Footwear must be clean and in original condition. Please try on your shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid discoloration to the white soles.

Shipping and handling costs are not eligible for store credit.

To assure proper credit, all exchanges are subject to inspection upon receipt.

There are two ways to exchage an item:

2) Mail it with your receipt by using the return shipping information provided here. Ship via insured mail or carrier. Return shipping costs and original shipping and handling are not eligible for store credit unless item is defective when shipped. If you would like to make an exchange for a different size, please refer to the sizing charts to assure proper fit and note "exchange size" on the return label.
